Axel is becoming such a big boy! He is talking non-stop, getting into his car-seat all by himself, eating his OWN bag of fries (we are pretty proud of that one), and of course demanding everything is his way. Matt thinks we are in the terrible twos.... I think we have a loong way to go!

Double Dipping

This video cracks me up. Axel is very intent on eating his applesauce (or "sauce" as he calls it) with both the fork and spoon, at the same time. Do you hear Mensa calling?

The Tent

Grandma Sue got Axel a tent "system" for Christmas. It is 3 tents and 2 tubes. It has been the hit of the year!! Axel keeps putting his car in the tent to drive around. It is not that big... but I have to say all the kids who come over think it is the best thing ever!

We went to see some Christmas lights and try the "santa" thing again. Good news... by the end of the night we were able to get within 3 feet of Santa~ Hopefully next year he will not be sooo bad :).

As the time flies by I am taking a page from Melanie's book and writing down Axel's best "words" of the month. I know these will leave me as the years fly by and hopefully the internet lasts forever... :)

hmmm. I know I am missing some, but this at least will jog my memories as time goes by.

Then there are the looong sentences of gibberish and non-sense songs that we really cannot figure out, but I am sure they will some day!
